THERAPEUTIC HORSEMANSHIP

  • Partnering with our horses to foster independence and achieve cognitive, physical and behavioral therapeutic goals while mastering ground and mounted equestrian skills.
  • Lessons range from 30-minute private sessions to one-hour groups of up to four participants.
  • Participant abilities vary ~ most important for mounted activities is that a rider can hold their head up while wearing a helmet and that they have core trunk strength.
  • Other considerations discussed on an individual basis.
